Children are very important to us at F.U.M.C.,
Pearland! Visit the Children's Information Desk
located in the Children's Building on Sunday
mornings to register your child into our Parent
Pager (check-in/out positive identification
system).
Kindergarteners are encouraged to attend the
Worship Readiness Class each Sunday at 10:30
a.m.
Children in First through fifth grade are
encouraged to attend worship with their families
at one of the worship services. Sunday School is
offered at 9:15 a.m.

Child care through our
Nursery Ministries is available for children who are
four weeks old through three years old during
all Sunday morning hours. To learn more about

This ministry
exists to help meet the
needs of children with
special needs and to offer
support to their families.
We know that some children
need an extra set of hands
to guide them through the
Sunday experience. The iCan
ministry has trained
volunteers willing to assist
in this area.

Acolytes:
Children in the 3rd
grade and older are
encouraged to
participate in the 8:15
and/or 10:30 Worship
lighting candles.
Training is required to
participate in this
ministry.
Methodist
Children's Program
The Methodist Children's
Program is a week-day
extension of the
educational ministry of
our church. The program
is licensed by the Texas
Department of Protective
and Regulatory Services.
We offer Children's Day
Out, Pre-Kindergarten,
and Kindergarten
classes. For more
